This project was carried out from March 22nd, 2019 to December 31st, 2019. For the propose of general waste management, this project reviewed the management of discharging, sorting, collection, recovery, clearance and recycling from general waste by controlling the current status of our facilities. By visiting the cleaning squadrons and enterprises of recycling and disposal, this project collected and aggregated the difficulties and suggestions from the enforcement authorities to promote the performance of recovery, clearance tracking and recycling, and set up the management of evaluating the performance from the point waste of special municipalities, counties and cities. From the point of view of circular economy, draft the proposals for the waste reduction, sorting, recovery and recycling. Meanwhile, for the promoting of used goods reuse, this project referred to international experience and management strategies to propose reuse promotion, relevant measures and the management of evaluating the performance and assisted in investigating and counseling local environmental protection agencies to manage the fees collection and fund utilization for the clearance and disposal from general waste.
